This small business is lead by a retired {decade long} mental health therapist who co-creates , affirms and celebrates out-of-the ordinary communal wellness experiences.
OUR work is done for whole healing communities honoring the {centuries long} communal mental health expertise of our black, brown and indigenous to the land ancestors.
we give credit to our communities for our pre and post colonial trauma healing knowledge.

Why Gather, Play, Feel to heal?
Our mental health expert ancestors knew:
1. Gathering -Coming together vulnerably and intimately each day was the best way to make sure all of us were authentically checked on & none of us were so extremely independent or self sacrificing [counter-dependent or co-dependent], we lost real emotional balance.
2. Playing - Signaled to the body/brain that the human was safe with a central nervous system available to learn new skills- not cycling from thought to thought, task to task, goal to goal, need to need, crisis to crisis.
3. Feeling -Being in daily feeling acknowledgement, self-validation, experession and release allowed the ease of healing through relationship self and therefore others.
